Guideline
- Make a weekly exercise routine such as Strength Days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Martial Arts Days on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - Rest on Sundays.
- Strength Program: can be performed with in-home equipment at home
- Martial Arts Program: can be performed with free-standing kickboxing bag at home or in local JustHuynh Fitness studio
