Can I request the same trainer if I love one in particular?
Yes
Can I work out with a friend?
Absolutely!
Social fitness provides the accountability and motivation partner helpful in achieving your fitness goals
Can I work out with 10 friends (aka group training)?
Our trainers specialize in personal training but we do accommodate larger groups.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you are interested in receiving a large group quote.
What equipment do I need?
We provide a recommended list of equipment and develop customized training program based on available equipment.
Can we workout in gyms?
Yes as long as the gym allows outside personal trainers!
Can I do a virtual session if can't make in person?
Yes
How do I reschedule / cancel my session?
We ask that if you cannot make it to a session, you consider your trainer’s time and allow them to adjust accordingly.
Please let us know reschedule or cancellation 24 hours before scheduled session
Do you provide diet & nutritional coaching as well?
Our certified trainers can share some do’s & don’ts to help you meet your goals
Can I use FSA or HSA to Pay for Personal Training?

Should I cancel my gym membership?
This is based on your financial situation and usage need of gym outside of personal training
With mobile personal training, you will be saving not only gas but also commute time (typically 1 hour) to do whatever you want
How frequent are fitness assessments performed?
After every 8 weeks, we will reassess your progress and compare it to your original measurements from the first visit.
You will achieve your goals quicker because our coaches have a passion to see you achieve your fitness goals
How long is each session?
Each session is 45 minutes.
That provides sufficient time for your body to achieve your desired goals.
Coaches arrive 5-10 minutes before the session to prepare
How often should I workout with my coach per week?
Working out 3 times per week will help you meet the World Health Organization (WHO) exercise health guidelines
You are free to train more than 3 times per week based on your fitness goals
Should I consult a physician before start fitness program?
Yes, we encourage clients to consult with a physician to ensure that you’re healthy enough to begin your fitness journey.
What are the costs associated with providing a premium mobile personal training service right to you?
Mobile In-Home Personal Training is life changing and the below costs are involved to provide an amazing experience for YOU
