Our 45-minute session martial arts classes (based on Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Karate, and Kung Fu) meet 3 times a week to provide you an amazing workout - burning up to 1,000 calories per workout consisting of martial arts (for self defense) and high-intensity athletics (for speed, power, and agility).

Our Founder, Francis Huynh, has overcome childhood, college, and adult obesity - feeling less confident, weak, and not as sharp intellectually.  Martial Arts and Athletics changed his life and countless friends/clients.  Our mission is to share this amazing workout style with you so you'll be confident thru martial arts and ready athletically for life situations.
