4/16/2017 How Celebrities, Gyms, Trainers, Companies can help people reach their health goalsRead NowSocial Media (Instagram, Facebook, SnapChat, Twitter, and YouTube) dominates people's lives. With over 400 million diabetics worldwide, people can improve their health and happiness thru exercise. According to the World Health Organization, people age 18-64 should exercise 150 minutes a week.
Many people spend their precious time living thru their favorite sport or Hollywood star's lives. What they need to do is use their star as inspiration to move from a "sideline spectator or troller" to "going on the field." To succeed, just focus on being a better you instead of trying to look like a professional athlete as their day job is to have a perfect body. Also be aware that celebrity bodies are often photo-shopped which make it unwise for people to imitate. The call-to-action is for the fitness ecosystem to band together for the betterment of the world to train together to achieve their fitness goals. Using your social media influencer platform, let's challenge everyone to activate their community by signing up for JustHuynh. 1. Celebrities You have millions of fans waiting for your social media posts, but struggle to hold themselves accountable and motivated to exercise. Use your influence to make positive impacts in society by encouraging your fans to signup at JustHuynh so that we can launch in communities that have sufficient training partner demand. Your fans will love you even more for motivating them to achieve their health goals. 2. Gyms Many gym members signup during New Years to take advantage of discounted rates, but stop showing up after a couple months - being susceptible to diabetes and obesity. In the United States, there are over 55 million people with gym memberships where a stunning 80% go unused. To enhance your gym community as a mission-driven owner, it is important to ensure that current gym members have a wonderful experience to bring in new gym members. Motivating 80% of the unused memberships to work towards their fitness goals will earn you respect in the fitness community as an owner who cares about your member's health. 3. Trainers Trainers are valuable for people on all ends of the spectrum ranging from 0% exercise to professional athlete. With a mobile application such as JustHuynh that connects people nearby to train together, cultivating a community of people working towards their fitness goals will result in healthier and happier people. The call to action is to raise awareness in your communities thru social media and word of mouth so that you'll have access to an excited clientele base either locally or anywhere if you're an online trainer. 4. Companies Companies rely on productive employees for business profitability. The health of employees is critical to performance as Wal-Mart experienced when requested employees to push carts each day for physical activity. After a period of time, the employees became healthier, Wal-Mart's healthcare costs decreased, and company performance improved. Many companies have corporate gyms. The time is now - spread the word (i.e. Executive leadership, HR, Benefits Administrators) for employees to sign up at JustHuynh so they can find training partners at work or outside who can provide the needed accountability and motivation to achieve their fitness goals. Healthier employees will lead to lower healthcare expenditure and increased business profitability. A Huynh-Huynh (win-win) situation for everyone!
